ipconfig: incomplete ... , 0.8.1, kernel 2.1.105

HI

I've succesfully ran linux 2.0.34 with netboot 2.7.3
( 0.8.0 segfaults ) , boot disk created with 0.8.0 .

I've tryed to do the same with linux 2.1.104, but did not succeed
I've upgraded to linux 2.1.105, then upgraded to netboot 0.8.1
but could not make it.


after the kernel (2.1.105) starts to run, i get

ip config: incomplete network configuration information

and then it says somthing like : root-nfs : could not find server

i was told i should not compile tftp and bootp in the kernel,
but still i've tried a kernel with bootp and tftp ( now i had
to make it bzImage instead of zImage ) and when i try to
boot, i get the kernel crush
  


any idea ?
