packetd problem using netboot

Hello everybody

I tried to use netboot (Version 0.9) for booting a diskless client but
the system hangs after sending the bootp request. I use a packetd driver
(dm9pcipd.com from the davicom website) for a DaviCom 9102 NIC. After
detecting the card correctly the bootp request is sent only once but the
answer won't be received. By the way when creating the bootrom with
makerom the floppy rom won't work unless I select to create the rom for
a machine older the 386.
What do I have to do to get it work?
