PXE?

PXE is a new (reportedly lame) standard from Intel. However, several
ethernet card manufacturers are shipping ethernet cards with PXE. PXE
allows the card to boot via DHCP... and provides a device independant
interface to the ethernet card for the stage 2 boot program... that
includes support for packet drivers, DHCP and (m)tftp.

Dave.
