Bill Arbaugh <waa@home.com> <waa@dsl.cis.upenn.edu> has recently told
me, that he started work on adding DHCP support to "etherboot". You
can take a look at some of his work at http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~waa/

I have no idea about how far his project has progressed yet, so you
should probable ask him directly.
