You should definitely use netboot version 0.9.4 or later (current
is 0.9.5), as the older netboot versions contain a serious bug in
the bootrom code.

Obviously your NDIS driver tries to call a protocol manager function
which isn't implemented in the netboot protocol manager (the bootrom
contains it's own protocol manager for space reasons). I will try to
get your NDIS driver and find out what function is missing. The protocol
manager for NDIS is quite complex and allows many different operating
modes partially unsupported by netboot.
