Something similar has happened with one of our SBC's. In one case as
weird as it may sound the problem was power supply - once we swapped
it for the more stable one problem disappeared. In the other case
problem's gone after NIC's driver was compiled as module. For some
reason same driver built-in the kernel caused reboots.
