Etherboot 4.2.13 released

I have released Etherboot 4.2.13 at www.slug.org.au/etherboot/
Changes in this release:

+ Contributed mkQNXnbi utility by Anders Larsen.

+ Patch by Bernd Wiebelt to main.c to request vendor tags in DHCP,
needed for menus.

+ Correct bug introduced in 4.2.10 if USRPARM defined.
