More boards with boot code in BIOS testet

Hi,
	I was successful too with placing the boot code for an rtl8139 in
the BIOS of a pcchips ALI socket7 mainboard. I removed the ncr scsi
controller code to have sufficent room for it ...

With AMI its more complicated, I phoned them but they say they dont give
such a tool to normal users, so you have to try the mainboard manufacturer
:-((
