Check with the documentation that ships with etherboot. In particular,
you probably want to read "doc/text/spec.txt". This describes exactly
how tagged boot images are loaded. If you want to load a non-supported
operating system, you will probably have to write a tool that creates
the proper boot image for you. Have a look at the source code for
mknbi-linux and mknbi-dos for examples.
