All-in-one motherboards?

Can anyone recommend a motherboard with all the
standard peripheral hardware (2S/1P,SVGA,Sound,
floppy,  IDE or SCSI) as well as a 10/100 BaseT on
the motherboard?  I've found them with everything 
but Ethernet.

Actually, I'd be happy with just video
and LAN builtin.  I don't care about 
processor count, type, or speed, gobs of cache,
or fancy multidimensional real-time graphics
with surround-sound.

Low power consumption would be a plus.
