booting dos/novell/win95 or Linux

Hello people,

I am setting up a Linux server, with up to 12 clients. The server is 
the only one with a harddrive. The server runs Linux 2.0.33 and 
the novell emulator mars_nwe. 
At least one of the clients has a DEC DC21140 pci network card, most
of the others are ne2000. I have read a lot, but I haven't found the
answer to:

1. How do I make an image for the DEC 21140 ?
2. More importantly: how can I make it so that the client can choose
at boot time what it will boot: Dos/novell/win95 or Linux/Xwindow ?
So it really must be able to boot either of them.


Is there anybody who has done this before?
