"Base mem err"

Hi
I have this Celeron system at 333Mhz with 32 MB RAM
and and RTL8029 NIC.
The nic only supports up to 32Kb EPROM's.
I burned netboot0.8.1.
When i use the floppy version of the bootrom code it
works grate.
But when i use the bootrom i get "Base mem err"
So what's wrong ?
