Is NT impossible to boot via the network ?
What is the technical limitation ?
Can Millenium be booted ?
Can Win2k be booted ?

In a round-about way, it is possible to network boot these OS's mentioned,
although I do not have specific steps using Netboot.
Some ways we know from our lab research to work (none of them free), all capable
of using IP-based boot protocols:

Client:   WINNT / 2K workstation / professional
How: Using Citrix DOS client via a network boot (ICA client)

Client:   WIN 9x / ME / NT / 2K
How: Tarantella's WIN3x client (RDP based)

Client:   WINNT / NTE / 2k
How: VenturCom's Boot-NIC
