If you take a look at the LTSP documentation page
at http://www.ltsp.org/documentation, you'll see that
Conrad Lawes from 3Com has posted instructions for setting up
a 3com 3c905c (or any 3com card with an MBA bootrom).

The instructions are tailored to setting up LTSP, but you
should be able to get your network card working from that.
