Etherboot 4.2.1 released

I have released Etherboot 4.2.1 at www.slug.org.au. The major changes are
some NE2000 patches by Klaus Espenlaub to recover from receiver overrun
that I left out by (my) mistake in 4.2.0. There is a patch file if you
do not want to fetch the whole package. The MD5 sums are:
