Hello,

I plugged an 8Kb EPROM into my NIC, used the setup-tool
to configure it for Boot-rom use and used the checkrom-utility
to find out why the EPROM was not recognized.

The checkrom-utility only found the VGA-BIOS-ROM of
my ATI Expert@Work card...
I also checked the memory typing 'X'...

I plugged of the NIC and the results were the same.

What shall I do?
