Hello,

I have gotten my SMC9000 driver to work with Etherboot/16. It seems that
my vendors BIOS freaks out on Etherboot/32 and crashes when the kernel
setup code is executing.

I have attached a patch for etherboot 4.1pre3. If anyone have a
SMC9000 card on a board with a BIOS that doesn't freak out on
Etherboot/32, I would be delighted to hear any results.
