Rom Size..

Couple of  Quick Questions..

I found a 64KB ROM chip lying around.. can I use it for etherboot, even
though the actuall rom image is much smaller? (The chip appears to be an
old 27C64 EPROM).... it reads 2764, has the window, and is a 28 Pin
package...

Secondly, if I do use it, would I config the ethernet card for a 64kbyte
ROM, or one smaller?
