Probs: more info

I got more informations about my problem:

directly after the kernel mount the Root-NFS filesystem the rpc.nfsd on
my server hangs in an endless loop. tcpdump output is:

13:32:28.596881 n1.mad.de.1b2b6093 > magic.mad.de.nfs: 132 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.596881 magic.mad.de.nfs > n1.mad.de.1b2b6093: reply ok 28 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.606881 n1.mad.de.1b2b6094 > magic.mad.de.nfs: 132 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.606881 magic.mad.de.nfs > n1.mad.de.1b2b6094: reply ok 28 lookup [|nfs]

13:32:28.626881 magic.mad.de.nfs > n1.mad.de.1b2b6098: reply ok 28 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.626881 n1.mad.de.1b2b6099 > magic.mad.de.nfs: 132 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.626881 magic.mad.de.nfs > n1.mad.de.1b2b6099: reply ok 28 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.636881 n1.mad.de.1b2b609a > magic.mad.de.nfs: 128 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.636881 magic.mad.de.nfs > n1.mad.de.1b2b609a: reply ok 28 lookup [|nfs]
13:32:28.636881 n1.mad.de.1b2b609b > magic.mad.de.nfs: 104 readlink [|nfs]
13:32:28.636881 magic.mad.de.nfs > n1.mad.de.1b2b609b: reply ok 36 readlink [|nfs]

The output return every time.

After 10 minutes the kernel on my client return this:

Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address c000028a
current->tss.cr3 = 00101000, %cr3 = 00101000
*pde =...

EFLAGS: ...
...
Process swapper (pid: 5432, process nr: 8, stackpage=001dc000)

The ... stand for some cryptic words.

This is reproduceable. It seems that /sbin/init is not executed because
there is no output from it. But I copied the init to /sbin and /etc. I
also set /etc/inittab up.

I don't know what this output means. Can anybody help my ???
Sorry, if this is OUT OFF TOPIC but I don't know anybody else who can
help my with it.
