Problems with Etherboot3.2 and NE2000

I try to install etherboot3.2 on a PC with a NE 2000 compatible
ethernet card, using IRQ 5 and 0x300 as adress.
When I build a bootdisk to test the rom image, no error accours,
but when I test the bootdisk, the computer writes:

>Etherboot/32 version 3.2 for [NE*000]
>Probing...[NE*000]
 
and doesn't react any more.

P.S.: The version 3.1 works with that card.
