If etherboot is still looking for a server, hitting ESC displays:
<abort>
Issuing RESET:
and then again scans for a server. If you git ESC a second time, nothing
happens.
If the menu is already displayed, the menu is restarted.
But you have no chance to abort etherboot and boot from floppy/disk.
Again, this is no problem for me, and disabling local boot could well be
considered a security feature. However, it would be nice to have this
configurable.
