I use the "swap to swap file" feature with the swap file being on the
net. For v2.0 kernels you need a patch on the client side called "nfs
swap" which is available from "Linux Mama"
	(http://www.huwig.de/linux/mama/).
You'll want the "aggressive swap cache"-patch also to minimise
swapping.
