This error code means that your BOOTP/DHCP server is not
answering the bootrom request. Do you have a BOOTP or DHCP
service running? Is it configured correctly? Can you check
the network traffic using a sniffer like tcpdump or ethereal?
If so, please check that the bootrom is sending out a BOOTP
request properly, and that you server is answering with the
correct answer. You might also check any log files produced
by the BOOTP or DHCP server.
