Switch to 10 MBits...?

Hello...

I have a Digital 21140 Chip (Tulip) based SMC Networkcard. So when Netboot 
starts, it finds the card and search the bootp-server, but Netboot can't find 
the server. The reason is, that the card switch to 100 MBits, but there's 
only a 10 MBits Hub in the network :-(

Does anybody now, how to manipulate the dc21x4.com driver, that it switch 
automatically to the 10 MBits transfer mode?

Any ideas?
