There is no native BOOTP under NT. There are 3rd party BOOTP servers that will
run on NT, however.. The NT Remoteboot Service uses RPL only.

As far as I know, NT also supports BOOTP protocol alternatively. I have
read
about this some years ago, but I never used it !
