"Scrolling Copyright" solved

Some days ago i had written about a "Slow Scrolling Copyright" problem. 
It seems that it was caused by "-DCONSOLE_DUAL" which was the default for
mknbi-linux in etherboot-4.5.5, 4.6 doesn't seem to have Serial-Support
anymore so the problem should be gone. (Haven't verified it as i have only
etherboot-4.5.5 at work)
