small patches to Etherboot 4.6.1

Stuart Lynne sent in a couple of patches. The first one makes the DHCP
request ask for vendor tag 129 (I threw in 130 also), as the mknbi man
page promises. (BOOTP gets everything, in DHCP you have to specify which
tags you want to receive.) The second allows the use of - in menu items
to mean substitute the default filename here, reducing packet size.

These changes are only in the CVS archive at the moment, the files
affected are: main.c bootmenu.c etherboot.h and the doc files:
vendortags.* The changes will be in 4.6.2 if you are not in a hurry.
