Problem with mknbi-dos and -c option

Hi,
I´m experiencing a problem with the -c option (simulate-hard-disk) of
mknbi-dos.
The tftp-server sends the boot-image but then complains 'unable to load'
and starts and endless loop trying to load again. Without this -c option
(i.e. mapping the ramdisk to A:), everything works just fine...

I´m using Etherboot-4.2 with Netboot-0.8.1 and a Realtek8139 nic.
