diskless node reboots after tftp download

I'm trying to set up a diskless node with an ATI
AT-2000U NE2000 ISA NIC. I've created a bootrom
and put it on floppy to boot the diskless node
from. All goes well, including download of the
Linux kernel, but as soon as tftp has finished
downloading, the node reboots.

Any suggestion how to solve this problem much
appreciated!
