TFTP timeout

hi

We  have been trying to setup a diskless  clients with netboot using
bootp.The problem we have is  that the client cannot boot even though it
already received the ip and saw the server. And if got the boot image form
the tftpboot directory on the server.

The problem is after taht it just stayed there and a mesg

TFTP timeout came out. After a few lines of that, the client dies.

How to resolve this?Anyone?Any help is really appreciated.
