I allway put  the 16 k  ROM  image  in both  parts of the 32k ROM and then
enable the 16k size of
the  NICS.  So the BIOS willl  alwaiys find the 16k RAM .  This also woks on PCI
cards, where you
are not able to  select ROM size and address.
