Etherboot 4.2.5 released

I have released Etherboot 4.2.5 at http://www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

Only a couple of changes in this version:

Matthias Meixner found a bug in the RTL8139 driver that affected
performance badly. (The driver may still have too large a footprint on
some platforms, for the moment try decreasing the relocation address
to 0x94000.)

Added a paragraph to the documentation about hosting root NFS on
non-Linux systems.
