Etherboot 4.2.0 released

I have put etherboot-4.2.0.tar.gz and etherboot-4.2.0.tar.bz2
at http://www.slug.org.au/etherboot/ It will also be uploaded to
metalab.unc.edu (ex sunsite.unc.edu).

I have bumped the version number to 4.2 to follow the even = stable,
odd = development, numbering system of Linux kernels. Patches to 4.2.0
will be 4.2.1, etc., while new development releases will be 4.3.1,
etc. Hopefully now and then some important additions like new drivers
will be backported to 4.2.

The major enhancements from the 4.0 release are:

New drivers: SMC9000, Etherpower II (EPIC100), Tulip (partial), 3C905B,
Realtek 8139, S&K G16.

PCI PnP support, vendor and device IDs specified in Makefile.

Cleaned up to compile with 2.2 kernel include files.

Various contributed software.

A pile of bug fixes.

A big thanks to all the code contributors and testers.

The MD5 sums are:

ad6b47efc5b3766d97b45542a497f862 etherboot-4.2.0.tar.bz2
3b885066a5c52319438dadee6ac7f564 etherboot-4.2.0.tar.gz
