A Realtek 8139 driver by Rainer Bawidamann.

Bug fixes by Klaus Espenlaub.

A new contributed shell script mklnim to make netbootable images for
starting a TurboLinux or RedHat Linux install with a boot ROM or a floppy
of any capacity.
