Hi Anton,

I use Etherboot-4.0 <www.slug.org.au/etherboot> to do that. If you compile it 
with -DASK_BOOT option bootprom will ask you "Boot from Network (Y/N)?"
at startup and use regular BIOS boot sequence in "N" case.
