Well, 8700 bytes means that this is the size of ne.com. ne.rom should
be 8192 or 16384 bytes. Anyway, try 
	make ne.lzrom
and/or comment some of the advanced options in Config.32.
BTW, xyz.lzrom is the compressed image for the card xyz.
