I am currently not aware of a solution for this card, but you might be 
able to use Gero's netboot with a suitable packetdriver.

Please take a look at the homepages for etherboot

and netboot (http://www.han.de/~gero/netboot.html); you should also
subscribe to the mailing list by sending a message to
<majordomo@baghira.han.de>; the body of the message should read
"subscribe netboot" (without the quotes).
