It should be possible as long as your network card supports 64k EPROMs. For
example I'm using an old WD8003 with a 64k EPROM but with a 32k bootrom image.
I set the hardware jumpers on the card to 64k (so that the EPROM socket gets
correct signals) but told the setup program, that it should only support
32k. This makes the decoding logic only pass requests for the lower 32k.
