etherboot-3.1 released

I have just put etherboot-3.1.tar.gz and etherboot-3.1.lsm at

ftp://ftp.syd.dit.csiro.au/pub/ken/etherboot-3.1.{tar.gz,lsm}

and

http://www.syd.dit.csiro.au/staff/ken/personal/etherboot/etherboot-3.1.{tar.gz,lsm}

Additionally it has been uploaded to sunsite.unc.edu and will be
announced in c.o.l.a soon.

There are no major new features added from 3.0, just fixes; 3.1 is a
maintenance release. In brief:

+ Unified compressed and plain loaders for both 16 and 32 bit versions.
Made the 16 bit version work.

+ Simplified makerom.

+ Fixed a documentation bug on ANSI escape sequences.

+ Included Gero Kulhmann's netboot-0.5.3.

+ Included some contributions by Dickon.Reed@cl.cam.ac.uk.

I'll be away from email for a few days so I won't be able to attend to
bug reports in that period.
