hi there

since i got a lot of replies i answer this way.

the problem indeed was ld.so. after rebuilding
ld.so and checking /etc/ld.so.conf and the shared
libraries the box boots up now.

well, of course it's all my fault but i think it
would be nice if init would give some error message
and not just silently exits if it fails.
