I'm not Lars, but I use cbrom the following way:

cbrom biosfile.bin /d    for showing the content of the flash
cbrom biosfile.bin /pci rtl8139.rom    for adding the etherboot code for
                        the RTL8139 network adaptor. 
uncompressed, because cbrom uses the lzh algorithm by itself. Thatswhy I
need for the rtl code (16k ROM) 7,8kByte flash space.
