There's one on www.via.com.tw. Inside 100v34.exe is EEPROM.EXE and
strings on it reveals:
F1. Ethernet ID : {0123456789ab}
F2. PHY address (hex) : {01}
F3. Sub System ID : {0123}
F4. Sub Vendor ID : {0123}
F5. Boot ROM Size : {No Boot ROM }
I guess D-Link don't want people messing around with bootroms.
