    thank all.
    all about them worked fine.
    but don't due to cbrom->cbrom6.it's a suddenness what  a low version of bios-image
can't  bear add someone on itself .just upgrade!
    cbrom bios.bin /ncr release (for space)
    cbrom bios.bin /pci eepro100.rom 
    awdflash bios.bin biosbackup.bin
    ok
but my mainboard don't support awdflash v7.3 but low version can be permited .sigh
