Bootrom error: PXE-41

Hi

I am trying to netboot a diskless work station with 3c905B-TX NIC using
Netboot software. The server is a Redhat 7.01 machine. I get the following
error when I try to boot with the floppy containing the image.flo file. Ndis
driver, I used is el90x.dos.

Bios Options: none

Found NDIS driver EL90X, irq 000A

BOOTP: Sending request(Press Esc to abort) .. .. .. ..
Bootrom error: PXE-41
Network Boot Failed

How do I overcome this error?
