bootp invalid record

Hi All!
I create remote boot floppy with Intel EtherExpress Pro 10 ISA packet driver.Bootp server(3Com Bootp/WinNT4) is found and appear:
BOOTP:..
BOOTP:invalid record
what`s mean? if BOOTP answer,the record in bootptab is correct.

The 3Com 905c NIC with own BootROM is loaded perfectly.
